  2. Asset Integrity Testing & Engineering services (AITES) is the authorized distributor of CompasNow™ assessment services and solution, provided CompasNow™ assessment & training services private limited. AITES provides its services in Oman.

  3. The information contained in the www.mycompanow.com are complied from the information/content provided by the CompasNow™ assessment & training services private limited and from their website for the convenience of the users/customers of Vision & AITES in good faith. While we have strived our best to put the best information & content, the information provided in the website may have errors or omissions or not have information full in nature, and Vision or AITES will not be responsible for any manner for such errors or omissions.

  4. CompasNow™ is a breakthrough, patented & 100% online competency assessment software suite on the threshold of revolutionizing human resource management world-wide. The CompasNow™ Team is comprised of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioners, Psychotherapists, Behavioural psychologists, and IT Professionals. The People behind the team have years of expertise in the relevant area, and have put in years of research which made these online services possible.

The CompasNow™ Career Assessment is an on-line skill assessment software to identify the innate talents and competencies of students in schools and colleges and to match them with their further studies/career options. The CompasNow™ helps parents and students to identify and understand various success patterns so that they can make informed choices regarding the future career. The report generated are only a guideline. It has to be validated with the actual life situations and the desire of the student. Please note that this report does not measure/consider a student’s I.Q or E.Q. nor does it claim 100% accuracy. This report is provided solely as a personal tool to help the student, parents and the career counsellors to understand and access in-depth insights into his/her innate behaviour and response patterns in life and work situations.

  6. CompasNow™ Competency Profile Test is an on-line skill assessment software to identify and assess the competencies of the candidates and to match them to job profiles. It helps the corporate world to make informed choices regarding their employees at the time of hiring and promotion. Please note that this assessment does not measure/consider your education, skills or work experience. This report is provided solely to assist you in self-development and to help articulate your career choices and advancement based on your personal behaviour and response patterns in different work situations.

  7. All the statements in the Test are based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a branch of Behavioural Psychology of the modern day. Using NLP Tools we at CompasNow™ pick up Behaviour and Response Patterns in people in different life situations. The response patterns may vary in different contexts. Hence the patterns are checked in various contexts.

  8. Return and Refund Policy: Thanks for buying the CompasNow™ assessment services from us. We believe that you will have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our services/products. Once for the chosen services the username/password are issued to the user/institutions/organizations, the user/institutions/organization can cancel the purchase within 2 days, if cancelled within 2 days, one third of the purchase price will be refunded within 2 weeks. Please note a) In the case of user a minimum one-time login with the provided username/password to the system is considered as product/service used and no refund will be provided. b) In the case of Institutions/Organizations minimum one-time login with one username/password (irrespective of number of username/passwords purchased) is considered as product/services used and no refund will be made. All the cancellations notifications should be made in writing to mycompasnow@gmail.com.

  9. Warranties or Guarantees: Vision/AITES does not provide warranties or guarantees on the CompasNow™ Assessment services. Without limitation to the foregoing, Vision & AITES provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the website/CompasNow™ assessment will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

  10. Vision/AITES reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the website, the CompasNow™ assessment services and any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to users/institutions/organizations.

  11. By accessing and placing an order with mycompasnow.com, you confirm that you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions outlined. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you, Vision or AITES.

  12. Under no circumstances shall Vision or AITES be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even Vision, AITES or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
